North Jakarta Water Resources (SDA) Sub-dept. anticipates inundation during rainy season by preparing 21 pumps consisting of six mobile pumps, five portable pumps, and 10 alco pumps.

North Jakarta SDA Sub-dept.'s Maintenance Section Head, Abu Bakar stated, six mobile pumps will be operated in all locations prone to flood in North Jakarta.

He explained, his personnel have distributed one alco pump to each sub-districts while its remaining are placed at SDA Sub-dept. office.
"Three of five portable pumps are this year's procurement. Each portable pumps and mobile pumps has capacity 100 liters per second," he added.
